Leaks and water damage can range all the way from the inconvenient to the out and out dangerous. A leaking tap may be little more than an annoyance but a leaking roof or ceiling – especially close to electrics – presents an entirely different problem.  

Simply switching the water off is little more than a short-term fix. With no water how can you wash, cook, or even use the toilet?
